  After having a horrible experience securing a mortgage for a new home with Wells Fargo a few years back, I swore I'd never put myself through that again. I was well qualified, but the process was a nightmare! As life would have it, I needed to relocate and needed a mortgage once again. Mark was recommended by my financial adviser, and after a deep breath, I entered the process with Mark. It started out smooth, and I kept waiting for the nightmare phase, but it never happened. Mark and his team was an absolute jewel. He listened to my concerns, and assured me that despite my unusual circumstances financially, he could usher me and my numbers through the process and that's exactly what he did. His communication was excellent, and even when a blip popped up, he knew exactly how to navigate around it. I would highly recommend Mark Junod for your home lending needs. He has even met with my kids who will be buying a home in the near future, and was very instrumental in advising them, and giving them confidence in them having a place to call their own. Thanks Mark for making what can be a very stressful experience, a blessed positive experience. I love my home and my mortgage!

  Mark Junod and his team were successful in getting us the loan needed to acquire our dream retirement home. Our situation was "complicated" and Mark with his staff, Laura, Bob and others, accomplished the closing on time with the interest rate that I had targeted. Best thing overall? No surprises and crisp and timely communication on all matters. The home purchase closing time frames for the various steps are, IMHO, crazy, and I guess are driven by the RE agents' (and owners?) desire to close in record time. That puts mortgage finance specialists in a real bind getting it done within that time frame WITHOUT asking for new "stuff" every five minutes, lol. Only a well-run and well organized outfit like Mark's team can handle that workload AND providing great communications along the way. I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone seeking a home loan!
